Short version: we collect what you send us through the contact form, we use it to reply to you, and we do not sell it.
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form - your name, your email address, your company and your message - plus whatever your browser sends with any web request, such as an IP address and a user agent.
This site does not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics profiling. Form submissions are delivered by a third-party form service, which processes the message in order to deliver it to us.
What we do with it
- Reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, administer the engagement.
- Keep a record of the conversation so that we do not ask you the same questions twice.
- Nothing else. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted within two years. Client records are kept for as long as the relationship lasts and for the period afterwards that tax and contract law requires.
Your choices
Ask us to correct or delete what we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@sparksideai.com, and we will do it. You can also ask what we hold, and we will tell you.
